· Increase shareholder value by setting and supporting delivery of challenging BU financial and non-financial targets in the area of Sales and Marketing within an effective and robust financial control;
· Delivery of a strong leadership agenda for BU Commercial Finance that compliment overall China Commercial Finance Agenda.
