· Agreat bio tart ups company with cutting edge products and hottest bio medicine technology in Shanghai China is seeking an IPO CFO candidate to to work with CEO and external investors, lawyers, accounting firms and other stakeholders with an aim to help the company listed on HK stock marekt late this year or earlier next year;
· In charge of all aspect of finance and investment management for the firm and being the key contributor to the listing process;
· Collaborate with the CEO and the executive team to make decisions regarding company's financial strategy and operations;
